Hi, I'm Amber!

Residing in the beautiful area of Northwest Arkansas, we are learning to embrace the new ways of life with kiddos all while renovating the new home and enjoying life's little adventures along the way.

A bit about us:

My husband, Jeff, and I met while in Colorado on a ski trip. I was there with my mother, and he was there visiting friends. He is from Central Illinois and after 2 1/2 years of long distance, I finally convinced him to move down to Northwest Arkansas with me. After becoming best friends and falling head-over-heals in love with each other, we got married in August of 2017.

Since then, we have become a family of three by welcoming our son, Pierson, in July of 2019. Now, we are pregnant with our second child, a little girl, due April 2022. If you are a parent struggling, worried you're doing nothing right, and laughing and crying along the way. Just know you are doing EVERYTHING right. Haha-- Parenting is a hard, beautiful thing and one of the goals of my blog is to make you feel like you're not alone! We all mess up, we all need help, we all get that unwarranted advice from strangers that isn't really welcome, but hey, we will get through it and have FUN while doing so!

A bit about my blog:

I currently work a 9-5 corporate job and needed a creative outlet for my more artistic side. I love home décor, everyday fashion, health and beauty, traveling and cooking — SO, I wanted somewhere to "free my passions" if you will. I am going to share anything from my top 5 favorite baby products, how to organize your home, to my favorite affordable Amazon finds! I have been in the beauty industry for 16 years and know my way around hair and makeup. So, you will likely see some hair and makeup tutorials as well as some of my favorite products to use.
